April 19, 2018: Amendments to the 2013 Mortgage Rules under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act - Regulation X and the Truth in Lending Act -Regulation Z

The second half of the BCFP’s changes to the mortgage servicing rules become effective on April 19, 2018. These mortgage servicing changes focus on how to identify and treat successors in interest and periodic statement requirements for your members in bankruptcy.
